Sponsored product ads appear for shoppers in relevant product pages on pigu.lt, 220.lv, kaup24.ee. The products have a 'native' look and are tagged as an advertisement.

With Sponsored Product Ads you only pay when a potential customer clicks on your product ad

 

There is no minimum budget requirement in order to start the campaign. It is always up to you how much money you want to spend on advertising. You choose preferred daily and total (optional) budget and set the price you want to pay per click.

 

You always remain in control and can edit your budgets, CPC bid, and other advertising campaign settings anytime.

It totally depends on you and your business goals what products to advertise. Please find a few examples what your business goals could be.

- Boosting sales of your bestsellers. In this case, we recommend advertising your most popular products; - Introducing new products. Focusing on your new products will help you to draw attention of future customers and allow you to better understand your products; - Promoting seasonal products. If the products you sell depend on a season, it might be a good idea to increase the visibility when there is a higher demand on the market.

Getting started is easy. After your business registration with Pigu you will get an access to Martailer Advertising Platform.

It takes only a few steps to start a campaign:

  1. Sign in to Martailer and click Create new campaign.
  2. Select a shop where you want to advertise.
  3. Enter your campaign name.
  4. Choose products you want to advertise.
  5. Set your budget, CPC bid, and campaign duration.
  6. Click Create campaign.

After your campaign is reviewed and approved your products will become visible to the shoppers in relevant product pages. Reviewal process takes up to 1 business day. You will get an email notification when your campaign is approved.

If you sell in multiple shops, you can advertise in more than one shop. Please create a separate campaign for each shop. One shop per campaign. You can only advertise the products that you sell in particular shop.

We highly recommend adding up to 10 products from the same category in one campaign. If you sell products from different categories, we recommend to create separate campaign for each product category.

This structure will ease the control of you campaigs. As your business priorities (accordingly campaign budgets, CPC bids and campaign duration dates) might differ per each product category. Total number of product you advertise is not limited.

Daily budget is an average sum of money how much you will spend on advertising per day. On some days you might spend less than your daily budget, and on others more. Average daily budget will remain as entered.

CPC bid is the price how much do you want to spend for a click on your product ad.

For sponsored product ads you pay only when a potential customer clicks on your product ad. With CPC bid you enter an auction. Your bid and quality score determines your chances to apprear in advertising space. Seller with the highest CPC bid and quality score wins the auction. You might get an email notification if your current bid is too low to win an auction.

After your campaign is reviewed and approved your products will become visible to the shoppers in relevant product pages. Reviewal process takes up to 1 business day. You will get an email notification when your campaign is approved.

You always remain in control and can edit your campaign settings anytime. Add new or pause products you no loger want to advertise, change budgets, bid, and campaign duration.

Press “Edit” on your campaign, enter product URLs you want to add, and press “Save”.

You will find campaign statistics on your account. Traffic, cost and sales data that will help you to understand the performance of your campaigns. Metrics available on your account: Clicks, Impressions, CTR, CPC, Cost, Sales, and Revenue.

  • Clicks are the number of clicks that your ad receives. A click is counted each time someone clicks on your product ad.

 

  • Impressions describe how often your ad is shown. An impression is counted each time your ad is shown for a user.

 

  • CTR (Click through rate) is a ratio showing how often people click on your product ad after seeing it. CTR = Clicks / Impressions.

 

  • CPC (Cost per click) defines how much you pay for each click on your product ad. CPC = Cost / Clicks

 

  • Cost is the sum of your advertising spend.

 

  • Products sold show how many items you sold from users who clicked on your product ads.

 

  • Sales shows how much you earned with sponsored product ads.

  • During the first days of the month you will get an email with the invoice for all your active campaign costs that appeared during the previous month. You will find your campaign statistics on your account.

 

  • All payments are managed and invoices are issued by the retailer upon your Terms of Services contract with the retailer.

  • Press the On/Off toggle next to the name of your campaign. It will say “Off” and change the colour from blue to grey when inactive.

 

  • Campaign will end automatically when your entered total budget is depleted or campaign end term reached.

There might be several reasons why your products aren’t showing:

 

  1. Your campaign might be still under review after you create new or make changes to your ongoing campaigns. Approval process takes up to 1 business day.
  2. Your budget is depleted, campaign end date reached or start date scheduled for future dates. Check your campaign settings.
  3. Your current entered CPC bid is too low to win an auction for a certain advertisement space. Increase your CPC bid.
