Martailer UAB (“Martailer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a retail-media management platform that allows retailers and brand advertisers to create and manage advertising campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use Martailer and connect your Google accounts.

When you use Martailer and authorize integrations with Google APIs, we may access:

We do not collect personal information such as Gmail content, contacts, or payment details.

We use Google-provided data solely to:

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns under your Google Ads account

Display performance reports inside the Martailer dashboard

Provide customer support and improve platform functionality
We never sell or share your Google data with third parties for advertising or analytics unrelated to your campaigns.
4. Data Security
All access tokens and credentials are encrypted and stored securely.
Martailer follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Retention
We retain API tokens and campaign metadata only while your Google integration remains active or as required by law.
You can revoke Martailer’s access anytime in your Google Account permissions.
6. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share Google data with any third party except when legally required or necessary to provide our service (e.g. with Google APIs themselves).
7. Your Rights
